To upload a copy of any documents or Photo Id’s, from your smart phone:

click on the <SELECT FILE> Button above.  

Next select <Take a Photo or Video> option on your mobile device.  Simply take a photo and select <USE Photo> on your mobile device and your file will automatically upload securely to our document server.

  **IMPORTANT** You must repeat this option for each page of the document you want to upload.
